Distraction Burglary - Radford Semele - Crime Reference: 23/7444/26

Dear Resident

Incident details: Between 14:00 and 14:30 Friday 20-FEB-2026, a residential property in Hallfields, Radford Semele was burgled by two unknown males. Male one rang the doorbell and claimed to be doing water work at a neighbouring property, stating he needed to run the taps at the victim’s property. Once inside, male one ran the taps, whilst male two entered and stole a quantity of silverware.

Male one is described as: 40s-50s, large build, grey hair to the sides but appeared bald/balding on top, with tanned skin. Wearing a grey zip up hoodie and a black scarf wrapped around their face.

Male two is described as: A younger male with pale white skin, ginger hair and a bushy ginger beard. Average build, approx 5’ 8” tall. Wearing a dark coloured hoodie, with hood up and a blue scarf. Dark coloured bottoms.
